This recipe is made with Philips OneChef, a daily essential in my Kitchen🌟 Ingredients :- ● 3 Medium Potatoes ● 1 Medium Carrot Chopped ● 1 Small Beetroot Chopped ● Half Cup Green Peas ● 300g of Cauliflower Florets ● 1 Medium Green Capsicum ● 2 Cube Butter ● 1 Tbsp Oil ● 1 Tsp Cumin Seeds ● 1 Cup Chopped Onions ● 1 Cup Chopped Tomatoes ● 2 - 3 Tbsp Garlic & Green Chilli Paste ● 10 - 12 Soaked Kashmiri Red Chilli Paste ● Turmeric Powder Half Tsp ● Coriander Powder 1 Tbsp ● Kashmiri Red Chilli Powder 1 Tbsp ● 2 Tbsp Pav Bhaji Masala ● Water ● Chopped Coriander Leaves ● Salt to Taste ● Bread for Serving Method :- 1. Firstly add water to the Philips OneChef and cut the potatoes into 2 halfs and add in, set the preset to boil mode for 15 min in medium. 2. Now add all the vegetables in once and set the preset to steam mode in high for 10 min. 3. Peel the potato skin and mash all the veggies along with potatoes 4. Set it to stir fry mode add butter and oil, add cumin seeds and chopped onions saute it until translucent 5. Add the chopped tomatoes, garlic and green chilli paste and kashmiri red chilli paste and all the spices and salt to taste, saute until the tomatoes are mushy and well cooked 6. Now set the preset to curry mode, add the mashed veggies and water to adjust the consistency, add pav bhaji masala and mix well cover the lid and let it cook 7. Add the potatoes, carrots, sweet corn, and green peas to the Philips OneChef in Steam Mode on the Veg preset at medium for 15 minutes. 2. Any Dish, OneChef 💯 Ingredients • Protein: 400g Chicken • Rice: 1 cup Kaima (Jeerakasala) rice (soaked for 15–20 minutes) • Liquid: 2 cups Water • Aromatics (The Green Paste): Mint leaves, Coriander leaves, Green chillies, Ginger, Garlic • Whole Spices: Cardamom, Cloves, Cinnamon, Star anise, Stone flower • Fats & Seasoning: Ghee, Oil, Salt, Garam Masala • Marinade: Yogurt, Turmeric powder, a pinch of Chilli powder Preparation Steps 1. Marinate & Prep • Marinate: Coat the chicken in yogurt, turmeric, and a little chilli powder. Set aside. • The Green Paste: Grind the mint, coriander, green chillies, ginger, and garlic into a smooth paste. Set this aside for the base of your biryani. 2. Sauté the Base (Stir-Fry Mode) • Select the Stir-Fry mode and set the timer for 20 minutes. • Add a mix of ghee and oil to the pot. Once hot, drop in the whole spices (cardamom, cloves, cinnamon, star anise, and stone flower). • Add sliced onions and sauté until they are translucent and turn a golden brown. • Stir in the green paste and cook for 1–2 minutes until the raw aroma disappears. 3. This Chilli Chicken recipe is the one that made the @philipshomelivingindia OneChef a daily essential in my kitchen. #AnyDishOneChef Chilli Chicken Ingredients • Chicken (breast or thigh) – 500 g • Green bell pepper – ½ cup (diced) • Red bell pepper – ½ cup (diced) • Yellow bell pepper – ½ cup (diced) • Onion – 1 cup (cubed) • Spring onion – 1 (separate whites & greens) • Cornflour – 4 tbsp • Soy sauce – 2 tbsp • Garlic – 1½ tbsp (finely chopped) • Ginger – 1 tbsp (finely chopped) • Green chillies – 3–4 (slit) • Black pepper – 1 tsp • Sugar – ½ tsp • Salt – to taste • Oil – 1–2 tbsp Method 1. Cut the chicken into thin strips. 2. In a bowl, mix chicken with salt, ½ tsp black pepper, 2 tbsp cornflour, and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Let it rest for 10–15 minutes. 3. Set the OneChef on Air Fry mode on the Chicken Preset and air fry the chicken for 15 min. Once done, the chicken is crisp outside and juicy inside. Keep aside. 4. Now set the Philips OneChef on the Stir Fry Mode on High Temp. Heat some oil and then add garlic, ginger, and green chillies. Sauté for a minute until fragrant. 5. Add onions and bell peppers along with salt, remaining black pepper, sugar, and 1 tbsp soy sauce. Stir-fry for 2–3 minutes, keeping the vegetables slightly crunchy. 6. Add the air-fried chicken and spring onion whites. Toss well to coat everything in the sauce. 7. Mix 2 tbsp cornflour with ½ cup water to make a slurry, then add it to the OneChef and cook for 1–2 minutes until the sauce thickens. 8. Garnish with spring onion greens and serve hot. Ingredients- For Malai Tandoori Marination: 750 g chicken wings (lollipop cut) Salt to taste 1 tbsp lemon juice 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste 4 tbsp boiled cashew paste 2 tsp garam masala 1 tsp chopped green chillies 1 cup hung curd 1 cup grated cheese 2 tbsp chopped coriander 1 tbsp mustard oil For Masala: 1 tbsp butter 1 tbsp whole garam masala 1 cup chopped onions 1 tsp ginger garlic paste ½ cup boiled cashew paste 1 cup hung curd Water as required Salt to taste Method 1. In a bowl, add chicken wings with salt, lemon juice, and ginger garlic paste. Mix well and let it rest for 30 minutes. 2. Add cashew paste, garam masala, green chillies, hung curd, grated cheese, coriander, and mustard oil. Mix well and marinate for at least 1 hour (overnight recommended). 3. Place the AirFry rack, select AirFry mode on the Philips OneChef, and cook at 180°C for 18–20 minutes or until cooked through and slightly charred. 4. Switch to the cooking pot. Select StirFry mode on high for 20 minutes. Add butter and whole garam masala, then sauté onions till translucent. Add ginger garlic paste and cook till the raw smell disappears. 5. Add cashew paste and cook for 2–3 minutes. Lower the heat, add hung curd, mix well, and cook by keeping the glass lid on till the masala thickens and starts releasing oil. Add a little water if needed. 6. Add the cooked malai lollipops, toss well, cover, and let it absorb all the masala for a few minutes. Finish with loads of fresh coriander. #AnyDishOneChef #PhilipsPartner
