SHMe realizing…
Jesus spoke 7 times on the cross…
and every word unlocked something.
Series - The Pendragon Cycle
He didn’t waste His breath.
Every sentence—spoken in pain,
dripped with purpose.
Bleeding.
Struggling to breathe.
Nailed to a tree.
And still…
He spoke.
1️⃣ “Father, forgive them…”
→ He unlocked mercy for the undeserving.
(Luke 23:34)
2️⃣ “Today you will be with Me in paradise.”
→ He unlocked salvation for the guilty.
(Luke 23:43)
3️⃣ “Woman, behold your son.”
→ He unlocked family at the foot of His cross.
(John 19:26–27)
4️⃣ “My God, why have You forsaken Me?”
→ He unlocked the weight of separation—so we’d never feel it.
(Matthew 27:46)
5️⃣ “I thirst.”
→ He unlocked His humanity, so we’d never doubt He understands.
(John 19:28)
6️⃣ “It is finished.”
→ He unlocked the end of sin’s grip—once and for all.
(John 19:30)
7️⃣ “Father, into Your hands I commit My spirit.”
→ He unlocked surrender—the way back home.
(Luke 23:46)
That’s when it hit me:
Even in His dying…
He was still delivering.
Still teaching.
Still breaking chains.
Every word from that cross
wasn't weakness—
it was warfare.
Type “Every word still speaks”
if you know those final 7 weren’t the end—
they were the beginning of everything.
Because when Jesus speaks from the cross…
eternity listens.
