YUChocolate Choco Bar Ice Cream (Childhood Memories in Every Bite)
Makes: 5 choco bar ice creams
You’ll need: 5 thin long Ziploc bags (or any slim plastic ice candy bags)

🟫 For the Chocolate Casing
• 200 g dark chocolate (that crackling chocolate shell we used to wait for as kids)
🍫 For the Creamy Chocolate Filling
• 500 g whipping cream
• 40 g cocoa powder, sifted (light)
• 1 tsp vanilla extract
• 200 g condensed milk (I used my homemade condensed milk) :)

Method
Step 1: Prepare the Chocolate Shell
1. Melt the dark chocolate gently until smooth and glossy.
2. Divide and pour the melted chocolate evenly into 5 Ziploc bags.
3. Coat the inner sides of the bags by gently pressing and spreading the chocolate.
4. Keep them aside to set slightly.
(That shiny chocolate layer = pure Magnum-style nostalgia.)

Step 2: Make the Chocolate Ice Cream Filling
1. In a separate bowl, beat the whipping cream just until slightly thickened.
• ❗ Do not whip to peaks — it should be thick but still soft and fluid.
2. Add:
• Sifted cocoa powder
• Vanilla extract
• Condensed milk
3. Beat until completely smooth and combined.
4. If you notice lumps, strain the mixture for a silky finish.
5. The final mixture should be thin and pourable.
• If it becomes too thick, microwave it in 5-second intervals, just until it loosens to a pouring consistency.
(Smooth like those melted chocolate bars we used to lick before they fully froze.)

Step 3: Fill & Freeze
1. Pour the chocolate mixture into the prepared chocolate-lined bags.
2. Seal properly.
3. Freeze them in an upright position (not flat) for at least 4 hours, or until fully set.
(Waiting for them to freeze feels exactly like waiting after dinner for that one chocolate bar treat.)

Serving
Cut open the bag, slide it out, and enjoy.
Crack through that chocolate shell and hit the creamy center.
Better than store-bought Magnum ice creams.
This is pure childhood memories — amazing, mouth-watering, and dangerously good.

FI4-ingredient biscoff lasagne 😍
This was my top recipe of 2025! Layers of Biscoff biscuits, Biscoff spread and Biscoff whipped cream 💖
Full recipe below & on my website fitwafflekitchen 😃 (this recipe is also in my first book Fitwaffle’s Baking It Easy 🫶)
All you need is:
200g biscoff spread
400ml cold double cream
50g icing sugar
25 biscoff biscuits (you may need more or less depending on your dish)
For the topping:
50g biscoff spread, melted
2 crushed biscoff biscuits
1 whole biscoff biscuit
Method:
1. Whip the cream, icing sugar & 50g of Biscoff spread to soft peaks
2. Melt 150g of Biscoff spread in microwave until pourable
3. Layer 12 biscoff biscuits in the dish, then drizzle over half the melted biscoff spread
4. Spread on the biscoff whipped cream, then repeat these steps.
5. Drizzle with melted Biscoff spread, sprinkle crushed biscuits around the edge and place a whole biscuit in the middle
6. Refrigerate overnight so the biscuits soften and everything comes together

📝 Ingredients
• 1 pack Buldak Carbonara Ramen
• 1½ cups water
• ½ cup heavy cream
• 1 egg yolk
• 1 Tbsp mayonnaise
• 2 slices Swiss cheese
• 1 slice Colby Jack cheese
• Rice cakes (optional)
• Bacon, corn dog, shrimp, or your choice of protein (optional)
• Parsley and sesame for garnish (optional)

👩🏻🍳 Instructions
1. Melt the cheese base
In a pan over medium-low heat, add the Swiss and Colby Jack cheese. Stir gently until melted and smooth.
2. Make the creamy carbonara sauce
Add the Buldak sauce packet, egg yolk, and mayonnaise. Mix until fully combined.
3. Cook the noodles
Pour in the water, then add the noodles, powder seasoning packet, rice cakes (if using), and heavy cream. Cover with a lid and bring to a boil.
4. Thicken the sauce
Once boiling, remove the lid and stir well. Continue cooking until the noodles are tender and the sauce becomes creamy and glossy.
5. Top it off (optional, but highly recommended!)
Finish with crispy bacon, corn dog, fried dumplings, or shrimp. Sprinkle with parsley and sesame for the final touch ✨
