Today we’re setting up ComfyUI - the most powerful node-based AI tool out there. Skip the installers - we’re going GitHub. Why? Because it gives us a sandboxed version we can customize and fix if needed. Head to github → click Releases → find the latest version. Scroll down - grab ComfyUI_windows_portable_nvidia.7z (not the installer!). It’s about 2GB. Extract it anywhere - even your desktop. Then double-click run_nvidia_gpu.bat... ✅ A console window pops up - that’s your server. Keep it open. ✅ Browser opens automatically - boom, you’re in ComfyUI! Pro tip: Always use run_nvidia_gpu.bat - not run_cpu.bat (CPU is painfully slow). You’ll need NVIDIA GPU with 8GB+ VRAM (RTX 3060+ ideal) and 16GB+ RAM. 👉 Comment “install” below to get the download file! 👉 Reach me in broadcast channel or Discord (Link in Bio) if you got it running - I’ll help troubleshoot!

Video to felt world using (mostly) open source software: Wan + VACE + a style frame in ComfyUI! 🤘🏻 Rough process and details: I stylize the first frame of the video using ChatGPT asking for a cute felt world. It’s cute but not 16:9. Then use Magnific to transform that into a 16:9 image (original image as structure, ChatGPT images as style) that matches the input + a couple tweaks in Photoshop to bring the original character back. Then in Comfy, I’m using the 1.3B model of Wan 2.1 along with Kijai’s Wan wrapper nodes. VACE control is DWPose + a little bit of depth on the edges. I’ll make a post soon that shows the steps in more detail! #aivideo #vfx #comfyui
