Save this copycat recipe for Steamed Shrimp Rice Rolls using rice paper as a shortcut! It’s one of my favorite Dim Sum dishes to order, but a little complicated and tedious to make at home. So here’s a simple version with just shrimp, green onions and rice paper. The ingredients for the sauce is 2 tbsps soy sauce, two tbsps of oyster sauce, 2 tbsps of sesame oil, 1 tbsp of sugar and 1/4 cup of water. Save my copycat recipe for PF Chang’s Famous Lettuce Wraps. The original version uses ground chicken, but I used ground turkey. The ingredients you need are 16oz of ground Turkey, 1 cup of diced shiitake mushrooms, 1/2 cup of chopped canned water chestnuts, 1 tbsp minced garlic, 1 tbsp ginger paste, 1 tbsp rice wine vinegar, 1 tbsp soy sauce, 1 1/2 tbsp hoisin sauce, 2 tbsp avocado oil and a pinch of salt and pepper. Heat oil in pan to medium heat, add ground turkey and season with salt and pepper. Cook until turkey is almost done and add mushrooms and water chestnuts. Cook for 2-3 minutes then add garlic, ginger, vinegar, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, salt and pepper. Serve with butter lettuce and garnish with green onions. Optional is crispy noodles. Heat vegetable oil on high and add thin rice vermicelli. Cook for 10 seconds and flip for another 10 seconds. RECIPE IS NOW BELOW ⬇️ It’s here! The best Heavenly Hunks copycat recipe! These require just a handful of vegan and gluten-free ingredients and NO baking! These took so many tries but I wanted to nail them and mission accomplished- they taste identical to Heavenly Hunks and even the texture is spot on without having to bake them. We’ve been loving these for a little snack or dessert and they’ve been perfect to put in my daughter’s lunchbox- such a fun kids treat! RECIPE ⬇️ Ingredients: -5 tbsp pure maple syrup -6 tbsp semi-solid coconut oil (soft and scoopable) -2 cups sprouted rolled oats -3/4 cup oat flour -1/2 cup shredded unsweetened coconut -5 tbsp light brown sugar -2 tsp vanilla extract -1/2 tsp salt -Heaping 1/3 cup mini chocolate chips Instructions: Line a 4 1/2 x 8 1/2 loaf pan with parchment paper, set aside. In a food processor, combine all of the ingredients MINUS the pure maple syrup and coconut oil (also leave out the mini chocolate chips. You’ll add these later) and set aside. Next, add the pure maple syrup and coconut oil to a microwave safe bowl. Microwave for about 20 to 30 seconds to warm it up. Add the pure maple syrup and coconut oil to the food processor with the rest of the ingredients. Run the food processor for 1 to 2 minutes. The mixture should be wet and sticky. Remove the blade and stir in the chocolate chips. Add the mixture to the loaf pan, pressing down firmly so it all sticks together. Freeze for about 40 minutes, cut into 24 squares, cover and store in the refrigerator. INGREDIENTS: Tortillas 1 tbsp olive or avocado oil 2 tbsp nutritional yeast 1 tsp chili powder 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp onion powder 1 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp sea salt RECIPE: 1. Preheat the oven to 375F. While the oven preheats, prepare the Doritos. 2. Brush or spray some oil on both sides of 5 tortillas. Stack the tortillas and slice into eighths. 3. Next, mix together the seasoning in a large bowl. Once mixed, add in the tortilla wedges and mix well (with your hands or a spoon). 4. Place the seasoned tortilla wedges on a large tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven until crispy, turning the chips over halfway through baking. Almond flour tortillas will be ready in about 7-8 minutes, corn tortillas will take closer to 10-15 minutes. Don’t over bake! 5. Surprisingly easy, insanely comforting. 🧄 Ingredients (Serves 4) Chicken 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (large & thick) 1 tbsp olive oil Salt & black pepper, to taste 1 tsp paprika 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder Creamy Stuffing 8 oz cream cheese, softened 1 cup shredded cheddar or Colby-Jack cheese ½ cup shredded mozzarella 1 tsp garlic powder ½ tsp onion powder Salt & pepper, to taste Optional but delicious: ½ cup finely chopped spinach (squeezed dry) 1 tbsp fresh parsley or chives 🔪 Instructions Prep the Chicken Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Cut a deep pocket into the side of each chicken breast (don’t slice all the way through). Okay so I’ve seen a lot of people try to make the viral Olympic chocolate muffins, even the New York Times. But I’ve yet to see a copycat recipe from someone who has actually tried the real thing. So since I have an Olympic athlete friend @byron_green07, I just asked a little favour 😉. In addition to my thoughts in the video, I think the reason this muffin is so incredibly good is that it’s not actually a muffin. It is a chocolate cake with a chocolate filling shaped like a muffin. It’s light, tender, not too sweet, and it’s a great muffin shaped chocolate cake. The flavour of baking soda might be a liiiiiittle bit strong for my personal preference but admittedly, I am very sensitive to excess baking soda. I am more impressed by the chocolate chip cookie. Aside from the fact that it could’ve used more chocolate chips, the texture of the cookie itself is perfect, especially considering it had been frozen and reheated. Great flavour too. Byron said there was another cookie with hazelnuts that was insanely good but he was not able to bring it home as it was not available on the last day. Dammit. #olympicmuffin #chocolatemuffin
