FULL BODY AT HOME 😤 perfect for those days that you need a short and sweet workout! I made the DB30 Program with my fellow busy moms or just those that can’t make it to the gym in mind ☺️. It has been my only surprise drop program and quickly shot up to one of my most popular within a manner of a couple months! It’s perfect if you only have 1-2 sets of dumbbells at home and only have 30 minutes to commit. How to crush it ⬇️ everything is 3 rounds only! Warm-ups and cool-downs are included on the actual program which brings it to 30 mins exactly 💪🏾 Superset 1 | 40 sec work, 30 sec rest 1. Goblet Pause Squats 2. DB Push Presses Superset 2 | 40 sec work, 30 sec rest 3. DB Single Leg RDL – Left 4. DB Single Leg RDL – Right Superset 3 | 40 sec work, 30 sec rest 5. Side Plank DB Pulls 6. You can still make significant progress with a well-structured plan even if you only have 2 days a week to do lift weights. You’ll want to structure your program to ensure you’re hitting all major muscle groups while allowing for recovery.
