It is home to all of your favorite luxury brands, like Louis Vutton, Hermes, Burberry, Tiffany &Co and the new Gucci store will be open any day now. It also has some more affordable favs like H&M, Forever 21, Gap, Aldo, Express and the only Zara in the state. Zara is always crowded, so if I were you I’d arrive as soon as they open, if you can. There’s a play center for children(please have them accompanied by an adult), and an AMC movie theater right inside. When you get hungry from all that shopping, I suggest taking a load off at Kona Grill. Grab a martini and some avocado egg rolls to take the edge off all the money you may have just spent. Don’t forget you have to pay to park! Visit with intention. Don’t just tour homes. Drive neighborhoods at night. Sit in some traffic at 5:00 PM. Try the local coffee shop. Walk the nearby trail. You’re not just buying a house. You’re choosing your everyday routine. Understand timing. Spring can be competitive. Summer moves quickly. Fall often has opportunity. Winter can be quieter and strategic.
