Hey, I’m Bailey! 👋🏼 A little about me: I opened my first practice in Fargo, ND in 2019. I prided myself in hard work and long days, exercise daily and “perfect” eating habits. Fast forward to today - I’m a mom, wife, registered dietitian, student, business owner, friend, sister and daughter. All these roles have forced me to manage my time and my choices better than I ever have. I’m still human and don’t always prioritize accordingly, but everyday I try and get better. Now - I pride myself on compassion, understanding in human nature, and balance of my time amongst all things that bring me joy. This is a video from last night. My husband got off work and brought my daughter to my new office to get furniture assembled. We didn’t plan accordingly for dinner at the office, so we ordered pizza. As my husband ran around and ate his pizza, I chose to sit at the table and enjoy each bite of my slice. This helps me to feel more satisfied with the food as I check in with how I am feeling throughout the meal. At ROSE NUTRITION STUDIO, we believe in real life. Last night was an example of real life. But guess what? I am still able to maintain normal bowel habits by implementing changes I have learned on my gut healing journey.
