It’s how your body is being supported around it. Because this is what I see all the time👇 → injecting on an empty stomach → not eating enough protein → inconsistent hydration → low electrolytes → no real injection-day strategy So your body takes a bigger hit. Not because something is wrong… 👉 but because it’s under-supported.
