During the filming of Good Time (2017), the team wanted everything to feel very real. So they did not close the streets while shooting. Regular people were walking around like normal. Surprisingly, no one recognized Robert Pattinson, and nobody even took a single phone picture of him during the whole shoot. If people asked what they were filming, the crew said it was just an untitled social project, not a movie. They even delayed the production on purpose so it wouldn’t get too much attention. Robert Pattinson also stayed in character even when the camera wasn’t rolling. He acted like his character all the time so people wouldn’t recognize him. In one scene filmed in an apartment building, local residents actually asked him in the elevator if he was Bradley Cooper’s security guard, because they heard Bradley Cooper was shooting a movie there!
