They load the machine up with plates, move the weight 4 inches, and call it a set. That’s not training… that’s ego lifting. Drop the ego. Lower the weight. Control the descent. Hit full range of motion. When you squat deep, keep tension on the quads and actually lift with full ROM, the hack squat becomes an absolute leg killer Do it properly and watch your leg gains explode. 💥 Quality reps > ego reps.
