These are super fudgy and they really taste like brownie batter! • More healthy & easy recipes like this in my new Ebook: Healthy Food Made Easy which has 85 low-effort recipes: breakfasts, lunches, snacks, dinners & desserts🤩 The link is in my profile or go to fitfoodieselma.com🥰 • ingredients for 6 balls: 3/4 cup chocolate protein powder (180 ml / 90 g / 3 scoops) 3/4 cup almond flour (180 ml) 1/4 cup unsweetened cacao powder (60 ml) 1/4 cup maple syrup (60 ml) 1/4 cup unsweetened peanut butter (60 ml) 1 - 3 tablespoons milk of choice • toppings: 1.7 oz. / 50 g 80% dark chocolate 1 teaspoon coconut oil Flaky sea salt • 1. Mix all the ingredients together. Because protein powders absorb liquid differently depending on brand, you may not need the full 3 tablespoons of milk. Add slowly until the dough holds together and it’s not sticky 2. Roll into balls 3. Let set in the freezer for 30 minutes 4. Melt the chocolate in the microwave with the coconut oil 5. Dip the bites in the chocolate and top with flaky sea salt 6. Chill in the fridge until the chocolate is set 7. Ingredients: 1 ripe banana 1/2c almond / peanut butter (to decrease calories you can use 1/4c and then add in a powdered pb alternative) 1 1/2 scoops 1st phorm protein (I used choc banana flavor) Optional: chocolate chips & sea salt . This is the kind of cheesy, salty snack you can feel smug about eating. Don’t get me wrong, they aren’t a replacement for crisps, but I’m the kind of girl who can devour a family bag of crisps in minutes and want more, but it’s prob not best to do that on the daily, so I’m always on the hunt for healthier snacks. These hit the spot when I want a savoury snack at my desk, plus because they offer 20% of your daily fibre recommendation and 13g protein per 2 pieces, so you really can feel a bit smug while snacking on them. Smoked paprika works well but you could mix up the flavours too - try garlic powder or dried herbs, even lemon zest and pepper. I used Parmesan but you could use a different cheese I.e cheddar. Enjoy!

Here’s how to make this layered Greek yogurt snack that tastes like a candy bar: You’ll need: 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 3 Medjool dates (soak in hot water for ~10 min until soft) 1- 2 tbsp coconut milk (enough to blend the dates) ½ tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup dark chocolate chips (I used 2 squares dark chocolate) 1 tsp coconut oil Flaky sea salt How to make it: 1. Add Greek yogurt to a bowl. 2. Blend the soaked dates with vanilla + coconut milk until smooth (this makes the “date caramel”) and add on top of the yogurt. 3. Melt chocolate with coconut oil and pour over the yogurt mixture. 4. I need to keep my protein up so I can build muscle and this is one of the easiest snacks to help me do that. Three ingredients. Super easy. Makes about six servings. Two cups high protein yogurt One cup raspberries Two tablespoons honey Mix the yogurt raspberries and honey in a bowl. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment. Top with whatever you like. I used One to two tablespoons crushed pistachios A handful of extra raspberries Freeze for at least three hours or until completely firm. Break into pieces and store in the freezer. Cold sweet simple and about twenty grams of protein per serving. #highproteinsnack #protein #yogurtbark

Macros per serving: 236 cals - 32g P, 17g C, 5g F 🔸 Ingredients (serves 3): 450g @fage_uk 0% greek yogurt 75g @phdnutrition chocolate brownie protein powder 60ml semi skimmed milk (or more if needed) Sweetener of choice (optional) 33g oreos (3 @oreouki biscuits) 1. Mix the Greek yogurt with a little bit of the protein powder at a time till smooth, adding sweetener if using and milk in between as needed, till you get a smooth mousse consistency (TIP: use a food processor if you have one to make it easier to mix!) 2.
