Genetics CAN put you at higher risk of developing foot deformities like this but THIS is a STABILITY issue. ✅ You have a HUGE influence over your tissue quality and your joint health. ❤️THIS is my mom, so I need to fIGHT this. ⚠️In all honesty, we all need to fight this. Genetics is one thing, but modern footwear that does not respected the anatomy of our feet has led to weak , tight , sensitized feet and resulted in foot deformities and pathology that are at epidemic proportions. ( FYI this change in footwear only started in the 1960s. Up until then even distance runners and Olympians used flat unsupportive shoes) Let’s have a look at what’s going on and how to fight it. 💡This is foot gripping, your body locking down because you are lacking stability.
