Homemade Multigrain Wheat Flour Ingredients: • 3 kg Wheat (base) • 1 cup Finger Millet (Ragi) • 1 cup Pearl Millet (Kambu) • 1 cup white Chickpeas (Kondakadalai) • 1 cup Corn kernels (Makkacholam) • 1 cup Black Chickpeas (Kondakadalai) • 1 cup Cowpeas (Karamani) • 1 cup Green Gram (Pachai Payaru) • ¼ cup White Soya Beans • ¼ cup Double Beans (Mochai) Preparation: 1. Clean all the grains and pulses thoroughly to remove dust, stones, or impurities. 2. Spread them on a clean cloth or tray and sun-dry for a few hours to remove any moisture. 3. Once completely dry, mix everything together with the wheat. 4. Grind the mixture into fine flour using a high-power mixer grinder or give it to a flour mill (atta mill). 5. Store the freshly ground homemade multigrain wheat flour in an airtight container.
