Injuries are part of the journey for almost every athlete. Knee pain. Stress fractures. Achilles tendinopathy. Shin splints. At some point, we’ve all dealt with something that slows us down. But what if recovery didn’t have to mean completely stopping? The LEVER system helps runners and endurance athletes reduce impact so they can stay moving, maintain fitness, and progress safely while recovering. Less impact. Smarter training. A better path back to running. If you’re navigating an injury or looking for a smarter way to train, tap the link in our bio to learn more. 👟 #LEVERMovement #InjuryRecovery #RunnerRecovery #RunningInjury #marathon

Taking my training to the next level thanks to @levermovement 7 weeks out from @parismarathon and safely building up mileage after rupturing my plantar fascia back in October and dealing with some peroneal issues I encountered during rehab. The Lever allows to me to gradually introduce my foot to more load and more mileage without overdoing it too early on in the process. Recovery isn’t optional if you want to keep running strong 🏃‍♂️💪 My simple pre- and post-run routine: activate, protect, recover. A few small habits with my go-to recovery tools from Enertor help me reduce impact, move better, and stay consistent with training. Train hard. Recover smarter.

This is what long runs look like for me now 7.5 miles outside and then finished up on the lever. The longer I run the more risk I have of my form breaking down due to my injury so being able to stack miles on the @levermovement after running outside is a game changer. One month out and a few more long runs in the future, I feel more confident than I did a few weeks ago- excited to be able to run and get back into a modified training block. If you want to learn more about the Lever and how I incorporate it into my training hit me up! #running #training #levermovement #leverambassador

Comment “IT” for a “Busy Runner Injury Prevention Plan” If the outside of your knee hurts so bad it feels like it’s going to explode… that’s not “tightness.” Most likely: your IT band. And the reason it keeps coming back is simple — people only do the easy parts. They “rest” for a few days. They roll until it hurts. Then they run again. But there’s only one way to fix it long-term: Rest → Release → Rebuild. Rebuild is the part that matters. Because strength is what stops the comeback. Comment “IT” and I’ll send you the full plan. If you’re dealing with an injury that makes running difficult, ask yourself a few simple questions. How far can you run right now? How fast? How much elevation can you tolerate? What shoes feel good? The same idea applies to any injury. If your shoulder hurts when pressing overhead, how much weight can you press? What implement works best for you right now. Barbell, dumbbell, something else. How much range of motion feels comfortable. Does changing your form change the pain? These are the questions that help guide a return to activity. And sometimes the best way to rehab the movement that hurt you is to keep doing that movement, just at the right dose. So if you’d rather be running than spending all your time in the gym, the goal might not be to stop running. The goal might be to figure out how to keep you running while gradually building your tolerance.

Running injuries…well suck 😭 They don’t follow clean timelines. They don’t usually resolve with rest. Oh and do they love to flare up at the worst times. That’s why so many runners feel stuck for months or longer… Every good rehab program does two things: 1) It figures out your true starting point. 🛫 2) And then nudges you forward from there. 👉 Day after day, stacking small win after win.

Most runners think the LEVER system is only for coming back from injury. But that’s actually where most people get it wrong. The best athletes don’t just use LEVER when they’re hurt. They use it year-round to stay healthy, train faster, and build consistency. Here’s why 👇 ✔️ Overspeed without extra impact Using bodyweight support allows athletes to run faster while reducing stress on muscles, tendons, and joints. This helps improve neuromuscular efficiency and running economy without increasing injury risk. ✔️ Lower heart rate at higher speeds By reducing load, athletes can work on mechanics and cadence while staying in the right training zone. This is especially valuable during high-volume or heavy training blocks. ✔️ More frequency and volume Instead of skipping sessions when the body feels fatigued or tight, LEVER allows athletes to keep the rhythm of running. Consistency over time is one of the biggest predictors of long-term performance. ✔️ Smarter load management It’s not about doing less. It’s about doing more in a sustainable way. The goal isn’t just to return from injury faster. The goal is to stay healthy and keep progressing. That’s how elite runners and triathletes train. If you want to learn how to integrate LEVER into your training year-round, drop a comment or send us a message. #LEVERmovement #Traithlontraining #SmartTraining #running

Runners: if you’re not doing this, you’re leaving speed (and durability) on the table 👇 The landmine RDL might be the most underrated strength move for your running. 🔥 Builds glutes & hamstrings = more powerful stride🛡️ Takes pressure off your knees (bye runner’s knee)⚖️ Improves balance + hip stability (hello injury prevention)💪 Teaches you to absorb force so you don’t fall apart late in runs It’s way more forgiving than a barbell RDL — so you actually get the benefits without wrecking your back. Start with:2–3 sets x 6–10 repsSlow on the way down. Feel the hamstrings load. Save this. Add it to your next strength day. Thank yourself in 8 weeks. #runningstrength #runners #injuryprevention #strengthtraining #runstrong
