SPClass of 2026 long snapper Ben Ferber made the trip to Eau Claire Wisconsin to chase perfection!
You know when someone is serious when they travel from the warmth of Florida to the frozen tundra of Wisconsin to work on their long snapping!
This was our first time working together and I don’t hold back. We apply the physics of movement and help athletes understand the WHY and HOW of snapping. There were a lot of new concepts installed but Ben picked up quickly!
One of the biggest things we worked on was body control. As you can see in the before video. Ben threw his body out of control in search of a fast ball. After talking about efficiency and control we were able to get him snapping FASTER with less effort! As you can see in the after video, he’s MUCH more controlled and was snapping 3mph faster.
I’m looking to continuing to help Ben chase perfection!

SPCoe College long snapper Stone Cummins made the trip to Eau Claire Wisconsin to chase perfection!
When I first met stone, he was one of the stiffest, most aggressive snappers I had ever worked with. Over the past couple of years he has really made huge improvements and really transformed his snapping and how he approaches it.
Stone came from a FB and power lifting background where everything needs to be powerful and aggressive. Snapping on the other hand is a skill that requires finesse, timing, and awareness. That was hard for him at first but he’s definitely on the right track. Breaking old habits and building new is never easy or fun, but always worth it.
Stone and I focused on what he needed to do mentally in order to get his body to respond the way we expected it to. A lot of what we did contradicted what he originally thought about while snapping. That’s not a bad thing! If you want something you’ve never had, you’ve got to do things you’ve never done!
Excited to see Stone go into his final season better than he’s ever been and to continue to help him chase perfection!
