Update: Since I had so many inquiries, here's a little more info. Video was shot with my Samsung S22 on Feb 24 at 3pm on Wild Horse Trail on the Hawes Trail System in Arizona. Temps in upper 80's. This girls was in the middle of Trail and I had to shoo her off since there is alot of bike traffic.

With my first, I knew I didn’t want to sleep train… but I also didn’t know what the alternative looked like. There were long nights. Lots of second-guessing. A lot of wondering if I was making it harder than it needed to be.
With my second, I let go.
I leaned into bedsharing. I stopped fighting biology. And the peace that followed? For both of us.
In our house, doors stay open. Beds do too.
We snuggle until they drift off. We answer the calls in the dark. We’ll keep making room until the day they don’t ask anymore.
