#PhillyPartner Jalapeño Popper Scalloped Potatoes💛 These scalloped potatoes are one of the best things I’ve ever made! Thanks to @phillycreamchs this recipe is extra creamy and just absolute perfection✨ Put this on your menu for Easter Brunch!🐣 #ReallyPhillyGood •roughly 3 pounds of gold potatoes •10 pieces of bacon •1-2 shallots •3 jalapeños plus another for topping •4 cloves garlic •1 tsp onion powder •1 tsp garlic powder •2 tsp smoked paprika •3/4 to 1 tsp salt •1 tsp pepper •2 tbsp flour •4 cups half and half (32 oz container) •6 oz Philadelphia cream cheese (3/4 of the block) •16 oz block of mild cheddar •chives for topping Preheat oven to 350°F Start by slicing your potatoes as thin as you can and set them aside in cold water while you make the sauce. This prevents them from browning. Cut your bacon and cook it over medium heat in a large pan until crispy. Set aside. Keep about 2 tbsp of bacon grease left in the pan. Cut your shallots, jalapeños, and garlic. Shred your block of cheese and set to the side. Cook your shallots and jalapeños in the leftover bacon grease over medium heat. After 5 minutes, add the garlic and seasonings. After another couple minutes, add the flour. Stir and let that cook together for another minute. Turn the heat down to medium low before adding in your half and half. Pour in a cup at a time, stirring in between and letting it come to a simmer to thicken. Once you’ve added all the half and half, stir in the cream cheese. Once that has melted, turn the heat to low and add in a total of 1.5 cups of shredded cheese, adding in 1/2 cup at a time, letting it melt in between. To assemble, grease your 9x13 before ladling in a little sauce. Add in a layer of potatoes. Add more sauce, then a handful of crispy bacon. Repeat that process until you’ve used up all the sauce. Then top it off with some more shredded cheese and some jalapeño slices. Cover with foil and bake for 45 minutes. Uncover and bake for 30 more minutes. If you want to crisp up the cheese a little more, broil it for a couple of minutes. Top with chives and some more bacon! #PhiladelphiaCreamCheese #brunch #cookwithme

Creamy, cheesy, and bursting with flavor, the secret ingredient is @phillycreamchs , which is always made with fresh milk and real cream! These mushrooms aren’t just good, they are #ReallyPhillyGood! Recipe below: Ingredients: 15–20 mushrooms 4 cloves garlic 8 oz philadelphia cream cheese 1 cup Parmesan 1/4 cup Gruyère 1/4 cup sharp white cheddar 1/2 cup breadcrumbs (optional) 1/2 Tbsp butter 1 tsp salt 1 tsp black pepper 2 Tbsp fresh thyme (or 1 Tbsp dried) 1/2 Tbsp parsley Olive oil 1/2 tsp Worcestershire Clean mushrooms and remove stems. Finely mince stems and garlic. Heat a pan over medium-low with a drizzle of olive oil. Sauté mushroom stems until reduced by about half. Add butter, garlic, Worcestershire, and thyme and cook until fragrant. In a bowl mix cream cheese, Parmesan, Gruyère, cheddar, mushroom mixture, and parsley. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in breadcrumbs if using. Place mushroom caps in a buttered baking dish and fill with the mixture. Top with extra Parmesan or Gruyère if desired. Bake at 400°F for 18–20 minutes, then broil briefly to brown the tops. Optional: toast ¼ cup breadcrumbs with ½ Tbsp butter until golden and sprinkle over mushrooms before serving. #easterrecipes #springrecipes #appetizer

Philly gives it that signature creamy twist and saves so much time in the kitchen. I will never make scalloped potatoes the same again!!!! Make the onions in a slow cooker overnight to make it even more simple. CREAMY FRENCH ONION SCALLOPED POTATOES Serves 8–10 Ingredients Two 7.5 oz tubs PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread 1 1/2 cups beef stock 4 large yellow onions, thinly sliced 3 tbsp unsalted butter 3 sprigs fresh thyme or 3/4 tsp dried thyme 3/4 tsp kosher salt 1/4 cup white wine (optional) 3 lb Yukon gold potatoes, peeled and thinly sliced 1 1/2 cups shredded Gruyère or raclette cheese 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese 1/4 tsp black pepper Butter or nonstick spray for the dish Fresh thyme, for garnish Instructions Preheat oven to 400°F. Grease a 10x16-inch baking dish. Melt butter in a skillet over medium heat. Add onions, thyme, and salt. Cook 25–30 minutes until deep golden and caramelized. Deglaze with white wine, if using. Remove thyme sprigs and set aside. In a medium saucepan, warm the beef stock and whisk in PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread until smooth and fully melted. Season with black pepper. Layer half the potatoes in the baking dish. Top with half the caramelized onions, half the shredded cheese, and half the warm PHILADELPHIA sauce. Repeat with remaining potatoes, onions, cheese, and sauce. Sprinkle Parmesan on top. Cover with foil and bake 35–40 minutes. Uncover and bake 20–25 minutes more, until golden, bubbling, and fork-tender. Let rest 10–15 minutes before slicing. Garnish with fresh thyme.  Dough:     •    ¾ cup whole milk, warm (about 110°F)     •    2¼ tsp instant yeast (1 packet)     •    ¼ cup granulated sugar     •    1 large egg + 1 yolk, room temp     •    ¼ cup unsalted butter, melted     •    3 cups all-purpose flour     •    ½ tsp salt   Filling:     •    ½ cup unsalted butter, soft and room temp     •    ¾ cup brown sugar, packed     •    2 tbsp cinnamon     •    Pinch of salt   Instructions     1.    Activate yeast: In a large bowl or stand mixer, combine warm milk, yeast, and sugar. Let sit 5 minutes until foamy.     2.    Make dough: Mix in egg, yolk, and melted butter. Add flour and salt. Knead (with dough hook or by hand) for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.     3.    First rise: Place dough in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise 1 hour or until doubled.     4.    Brown butter filling: In a small saucepan, melt butter until golden brown and nutty. Philadelphia Chive & Onion Savory Bread Pudding Serves 8 to 10 2 (8 ounce) containers PHILADELPHIA Chive & Onion Cream Cheese Spread 2 tablespoons butter 1 (14 ounce) bag frozen pearl onions Salt & pepper 3 large eggs 1 quart chicken broth 2 (6 ounce) packages stuffing mix ¼ cup thinly sliced chives Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the onions, season with salt and pepper, and cook, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, whisk the eggs and combine with the broth. Heat the oven to 350F. These are inspired by Korean-style cream cheese garlic breads, where tender milk bread rolls are twice baked, stuffed with @phillycreamchs’ Chive and Onion Cream Cheese and topped with a hot honey garlic butter for a slightly sweet and spiced finish. They will disappear from your table instantly! The full recipe is below and make sure to grab some @phillycreamchs when you’re out grocery shopping for Friendsgiving or Turkey Day! #PhiladelphiaCreamCheese Honey Garlic Cream Cheese Stuffed Rolls Makes 20 pull-apart rolls 2 7.5oz containers of PHILADELPHIA Chive and Onion Cream Cheese Spread 1 egg yolk 3 tbsp flour 1 tray of dinner rolls, either store-bought or homemade (I made 1.5x of my Milk Bread recipe in Mooncakes & Milk Bread!) 1 stick unsalted butter, melted ¼ cup honey 8 garlic cloves, finely minced 1 tsp crushed red chili flake ½ tsp coarse salt Chopped parsley, for topping Directions: Preheat the oven to 350F degrees.
