Progress in yoga
isn’t about perfection,
it’s about showing up.
It’s okay if it’s challenging
that’s exactly where growth
happens
Focus on your breath always,
not the pose
for it will guide
you through
Every yogi started exactly
where you are right now
Be patient with yourself

flexibility and strength
come
in time and waves and seasons.
It’s okay to take breaks
from asana
Remember, yoga is as much
about the mind as the body
for progress is happening
even if you don’t see it yet.
