Garlic parmesan hashbrown 🥔 Ingredients: 5 large russet potatoes 1 egg 2 tbsp cornstarch Salt, to taste 1 tbsp garlic powder 1 tsp black pepper 1/2 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese Oil, for frying Method: Peel and wash the potatoes, then partially boil them in salt water for 10 minutes. Once cooled, finely grate the potatoes using a shredder. In a bowl, combine the grated potatoes, egg, cornstarch, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and Parmesan cheese . Mix well. Shape the mixture into oval-shaped hash browns. Place the hash browns on a lined sheet and freeze for at least 1 hour. Heat oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Once hot, reduce the heat to medium-low. Shallow-fry 3-4 hash browns at a time for 4 minutes on each side, until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot and enjoy! #hashbrown #recipe

HashBrown with Parmesan🥔 Ingredients: • 4–5 russet potatoes • Seasoning : Onion, Garlic Powder, Paprika, Black pepper, Salt, and Mix herbs • 2 tbsp Cornstarch • One egg • Parmesan Instructions: ➊ Peel the potatoes and cut them in half. Boil in salted water for 5 minutes only (they should be slightly tender, not fully cooked). ➋ Drain immediately and let them cool completely. This step is important. ➌ Grate the potatoes using a box grater. ➍ Place the grated potatoes in a clean kitchen towel and squeeze very well until completely dry (no water at all). ➎ Put the dry grated potatoes into a bowl. Add the egg, cornstrach, Seasoning and parmesan. Mix gently. ➏ Form thin oval shapes. Lay them flat on a sheet lined with parchment paper and freeze them for 15 to 20 minutes until they're firm. Mix all marinade ingredients, add chicken, and refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight. 2. Combine dry coating ingredients. add a bit of marinade to create small flour clumps. 3. Coat chicken evenly, pressing gently so the flour sticks well. 4. Heat oil to 170–175°c and fry for 4–6 minutes until golden and crispy. drain on a wire rack. 5. Add lemon juice, Greek yogurt, red pepper paste, tomato paste, oil. Mix well until the chicken is fully coated. Cover and marinate for at least 2 hours, or overnight. Make sauce: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, garlic, olive oil, and salt until smooth. Refrigerate until ready to use. For the glaze : Mix oil, red pepper paste, sumac, salt, and pomegranate molasses in a small bowl. Set aside. For Sumac Onions: Combine sliced onion, lemon juice, sumac, parsley, salt, and oil. Toss well and set aside. Heat oil In skillet over medium high heat. Add the marinated chicken and cook in batches for about 8–10 minutes until fully cooked and slightly charred. Assemble the Shawarma: Take the pita wrap. Spread garlic sauce, add chicken, fries, sumac onions, fries and diced tomatoes.�Roll the pita tightly into a wrap. Toast it in a skillet for 1–2 minutes on each side. Then, coat the wrap with shawarma glaze and cook until it’s golden and crispy, serve warm. #shawarma #recipe #crispyshawarma

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, and cornstarch in a medium bowl. Set aside. Cream together brown sugar, granulated sugar, and butter in a large bowl until light and fluffy.
