2. Make your resume/CV
If you are someone who doesn’t have one, start by making a one-page resume.
If you already have one, update your CV with the latest experience.
Keep it handy always on your phone and laptop.
3. Update your Linkedin profile:
It serves as your online CV, so update the experience section.
Add your resume in the featured section.
Make sure your profile headline conveys the role you are looking for.
4. Lookout for Job openings:
Update your profiles on platforms like LinkedIn, Naukri.com, Wellfound, Instahyre
Set alerts so you get new openings directly in your mailboxes.
5. Referrals and cold-emailing:
Start by looking out for hiring managers and connections in a given company.
Send them a connection note stating the purpose.
6. Maintain. job-tracker
This will help you not get overwhelmed and track week over week.
