So the biggest mistake you can make is continually stretching the leg, hoping it gets better Because a sensitive nerve does not want to be stretched, and this can prevent you from healing! Before taking painkillers, try these 6 yoga poses daily for 10 minutes 💛 1️⃣ Pigeon Pose How to: Bring one knee forward from plank, extend the other leg back, keep hips level. Stay 30–60 sec. (Use cushion under hip if needed.) 2️⃣ Supine Figure 4 How to: Cross ankle over opposite thigh, pull the leg in, keep lower back neutral. Hold 30 sec each side. 3️⃣ Downward-Facing Dog How to: Lift hips high, keep knees slightly bent first, lengthen spine before straightening legs. 4️⃣ Cobra Pose How to: Press palms into mat, lift chest gently, shoulders away from ears.
