JOLuxury non-toxic bathroom… Sorted ✅
Here are the easiest swaps in your bathroom to make:
1.) Cotton towels for polyester ones. Don’t wipe yourself down with microplastics. I have ones from Boll & Branch.
2.) Cleaners and hand soap. Avoid synthetic fragrances entirely. I use Truly Free.
3.) Shower filter. Obviously a whole home filter isn’t in the cards for most people. Grab yourself a shower filter. AquaTru has a great one for $100.
4.) Bamboo/boars hair bristle toothbrush. So cheap. I have some from Primals.
5.) Soaps/moisturizer/shampoo/conditioner. Again, no synthetic fragrances whatsoever. I used Fancy Farm and Zuma Nutrition.
Don’t let perfection stop you from making better choices. Start small, and swap one thing at a time. Little changes add up over time.
