Here’s how to write a clear and effective synopsis:

The title should be clear and descriptive, summarizing the key focus of your research. Ensure it is specific and conveys the research problem without being overly complex.
2. Introduction
In this section, provide background information on your research topic. Explain the problem your research aims to address and why it’s significant.
3. Research Objectives or Hypotheses
Clearly state the research objectives or hypotheses. What do you intend to explore or prove through your research? These should be precise and aligned with your research questions.
4. Literature Review
Briefly discuss the key studies and theories relevant to your research. Show how your work fits into the current body of knowledge and identify the gaps or issues that your research will address.
5. Research Methodology
Describe the research methods you will use, including the approach. Justify why these methods are appropriate for your study, and outline how you will collect and analyze data.
6. Timeline
Provide a detailed timeline of your research activities including key milestones and deadlines. This shows that your research is well-planned within the expected timeframe.
7. References
Include a list of key references that demonstrate the academic foundations of your work.

LISynopsis must capture the categoric submissions preceded by important facts relevant to those submissions. It lightens need for oral submissions and also many a times need to engage senior advocates. I have often seen notices getting issued without even making any submissions. I have often given credit for this to good short synopsis!
