THPeople always ask how I manage to read so much, and honestly, it is not about reading faster, it is about making reading easy to fall into.
I keep a book in my bag, on my sofa and by my bed so it is always within reach. I read in small pockets of time, not just long sessions.
I set a 30 minute timer and actually focus without my phone. And if I am not enjoying a book, I put it down and pick something I am excited about instead.
The more joy I feel when I read, the more I want to do it. It has become a habit, not a task.
