TSThrowback to when Lil B cursed Kevin Durant…
Lil B The Based God, one of cloud rap’s biggest pioneers, has always been known to accurately predict events before they happen. So when NBA player Kevin Durant called his music wack in 2011, he placed the “Based Gods curse” on him. He also dropped a diss track on him. Kevin Durant didn’t win any championships for the next few years.
But Lil B is a Golden State Warriors fan (he’s from the Bay Area), so when KD joined the Warriors in 2016, the Based God lifted the curse on him. KD would go on to win the championship for the next two years. Pretty insane it worked out like that lol
But just last year, Lil B and KD went at it again on twitter. Lil B mentioned that they still haven’t 1v1’d since he first challenged KD in 2011, and KD responded by saying that the Based God wasn’t relevant anymore. Lil B responded to his tweet with a simple “Got It”
