Enjoy an incredible restaurant-quality appetizer at home with this simple beef carpaccio recipe made with Omaha Steaks USDA Certified Very Tender Filet Mignon. 🥩 How to make beef carpaccio Ingredients: ½ of an Omaha Steaks Private Reserve Filet Mignon Steak 1 teaspoon thinly sliced shallots 1 Tablespoon capers 1 handful of arugula 1-2 Tablespoons truffle oil Fresh shaved parmesan cheese Baguette or crackers for serving Directions 1. Take your steaks out of the freezer the night before (it is easiest to thinly slice the meat when it is still slightly frozen). 2. Thinly slice 5-6 slices of steak. 3. Place the steak between 2 sheets of parchment paper. 4. Use a rolling pin to roll out the meat to flatten it and make it thinner. 5. Remove one side of the parchment paper, place it meat side down on a platter, and then remove the other side of the parchment paper. 6. Season the beef with salt and pepper. 7. Top with the shallots, capers, and arugula and then drizzle with the truffle oil. 8. Finally, finish by shaving some parmesan cheese on top. 9. Made the Famous Beef Wellington. Gordon Ramsey what do you think? -Recipe -Puff pastry dough: 2 cups pastry flour 1 tbsp sugar 1 tsp salt 1 1/2 cup very cold butter cubed 1/2 cup very cold water -Add flour, salt, sugar to a food processor and process until combined. Add 3/4 cup cold butter and pulse until butter is absorbed (about 10 to 12 one second pulses), then add the remaining cold butter and pulse two or three times to combine. Add the cold water until just moistened (you may not need all of the water) and pulse four or five times just until the dough comes together to form a ball (do not to over process). Place dough on a lightly floured surfaceflour the dough and a rolling pin. Roll into a rectangle about 12 x 18 inches big. Fold the dough in half, then in half again, and then fold once more. Wrap dough in plastic and refrigerate for 1 - 2 hours. -Mushroom duxelle: 1-2 shallot chopped 
3 tablespoons olive oil 3 garlic cloves 1 pound mixed mushroom 1 teaspoon thyme leaves salt and pepper -Finely chop mushrooms, shallot, garlic and thyme In a pan add shallot ,garlic and, olive oil and sauté until fragrant. Add all mushroom and season with salt and thyme and let all moisture sweat out. Take out pan and let cool off. all this should take about 10 minutes. -Beef Tenderloin: 1.5 pound center cut tenderloin Salt and pepper Dijon mustard -season the beef generously with salt and pepper and sear on all sides for about 30 seconds to a minute.Once seared immediately add Dijon mustard to all sides of the tenderloin. -For the thyme chive crepes: 1 egg

1 teaspoon chopped chives
1 teaspoon chopped thyme 
Pinch salt
Nonstick cooking spray -mix all ingredients together in a bowl and set aside. Add butter to a pan on medium low heat then add a thin layer of the crepe mix. Spread around the pan and cook for about 2 minutes flip and cook for 40 seconds. -Egg wash: 2 Eggs 1 tbsp of water #food #foodie #recipe #beefwellington

BBQ Bacon Onion Bombs Recipe: (1) Sliced the ends off some white onions, cut them in half and separated the outer layers. (2) Made up the meat mix consisting of: - 1 lb ground beef - 1 lb ground pork - 1 red bell pepper diced - 1 jalepeno diced - 1/2 cup bread crumbs - 1 egg beaten - 1/4 cup milk - 1/2 cup parmesan cheese - 4 tbsp bbq sauce - 1 tbsp garlic powder - 1 tbsp onion powder - 1 tsp sea salt - 1 tsp black pepper Combined well, flattened into a patty, put a chunk of cheddar cheese in the middle and formed into a ball. (4) Took matching onions and put them around the meat, placed on top of 4 slices of bacon. Wrapped the bacon around the meat and secured with toothpicks. (5) Got the Kamado Joe Classic II set up for indirect at 375f with a chunk of hickory wood. (6) Let these go for about an hour until they hit 150f. Hit them with some bbq sauce and pulled them at 160f. (7) Let them rest for 5 mins then garnished with green onions. 📸 @boltthrowerbbq

Beef Wellington cooked on a @traegergrills Timberline XL – The most gorgeous and delicious Christmas! MeatChurch.com has the recipe with a link to the how-to video on MeatChurch’s YouTube channel (link in bio). • center cut beef tenderloin (chateaubriand) - I used @44farms • season with our Holy Cow • sear for 2 mins each on 4 sides in a cast iron skillet - I used a @traegergrills Timberline XL induction burner & @finexcookware • slather in English mustard while it’s hot. allow to cool • wrap in 8 slices of prosciutto with a mushroom\garlic\shallot duxelle • roll in cling wrap • place in the fridge for 30 minutes to help it hold shape •!wrap in 1/4” thick puff pastry • place in the fridge for 15 minutes to help it hold shape • wrap in an optional lattice • egg wash all over then add coarse salt • cook at 400° until 120-125° internal for mid rare - I used a @traegergrills Timberline XL with Meat Church pellets SHOW STOPPER!
