Fronted by our Co-owner, Mette Bendix, we are celebrating International Women’s Day by highlighting some of our incredible female colleagues and collaborators from all over the world.
At Kvadrat, we want to be 50% women-led by 2025 and are committed to supporting and investing in women in leadership positions. Inclusive leadership not only ensures equal access to resources and power but also has the potential to challenge preconceived gender stereotypes. In terms of business, research shows that companies with more women on their boards perform significantly better.
