PACore values and confidence…..
It can be easy to become distracted and influenced by the voices of media, family, government, religion and culture whilst losing trust in our own inner voice and unique expression.
Identifying and living in accordance to our core values can help us to reconnect to our own individual magic and dharma.
Some prompts I like for getting a sense of your core values-
✅ Who do you admire in life and why?
✅ What would you like to hear others say about you when you’re not around?
✅ Who were you in the moments you were at your best in life?
Once you’ve come up with some answers, highlight the words that feel the most important for you.
You might then consider daily action steps that would support developing and practicing these values….
For example if I have a value on health, a daily practice could be drinking 2 liters of water daily.
If I have value on family it could be a daily commitment to spending 60 minutes of quality time with family daily.
You’d be amazed at how your confidence soars as you intentionally act on your core values daily for a consistent period of time.
