☁️ Feynman technique Choose a concept and study it thoroughly. Then, close the textbook and explain the concept in simple terms as if you were teaching it to someone else. Identify any gaps where you struggle. Review those areas to deepen your understanding. Finally, Simplify and refine your explanation until you can communicate the concept clearly and confidently. ☁️ Spaced Repetition: Rather than cramming all your studying into one session, distribute your study sessions over time. Spaced repetition involves reviewing information at increasing intervals. Start by reviewing the material shortly after learning it, then gradually increase the time between each review session. This technique optimizes long-term retention by reinforcing the information at strategic intervals. ☁️ PQ4R (Preview, Question, Read, Reflect, Recite, Revise) 1. Preview the material by glancing over headings, subheadings, and visual aids. 2. Formulate questions based on the content to guide your reading. 3. Read actively, taking notes and highlighting important points. 4. Reflect on the main ideas and connections after reading. 5. Recite or summarize the material in your own words and periodically review to reinforce understanding. ☁️ leitner System 1. Create flashcards with questions 2. Divide the flashcards into different boxes starting with Box 3. Review the flashcards in Box 1. If you answer a flashcard correctly, move it to Box 2. If you answer incorrectly, keep it in BoX 1. 4. Continue until all cards are in Box 2 [ studygram studymethods instagram studies tips deskgram ]

READ MORE ⬇️ ——————————————— QOTD: what is your dream job? I always get asked for study methods that you can all use and so in this post I wanted to share a complete guide to one of the most effective study methods out there: the BLURTING METHOD! If you really want to test your understanding of a topic and learn information efficiently, then this is a method that you really need to try out! [🔍] What is it? —> When you are preparing for an exam, it can be hard to figure out what you know already. The Blurting Method is a great way to find out what you need to work on and test your knowledge throughout revision. All you need is get a blank piece of paper and write down everything you remember without looking at your notes. Then you check to see what you missed. Repeat until you remember everything! [🖋️] The Steps —> Step 1: Review your notes to remind yourself of the topic —> Step 2: Get a blank piece of paper (you could also add some topic titles to guide what you need to ‘blurt’) —> Step 3: Set yourself a time limit (about 5 minutes but adjust based on the size of the topic) —> Step 4: Write down everything you can remember on the page, trying to be as thorough as possible —> Step 5: Once finished, use a different coloured pen to fill in any knowledge gaps and identify weaknesses. —> Step 6: Repeat [📜] The Benefits —> It forces you to use active recall which is great preparation for a test or an exam —> It clearly highlights knowledge gaps so you know what you need to focus on when reviewing —> It creates connections in your brain and makes you think about the topic systematically —> Your blurting sheets can be a great revision resource that you can look over before an exam —> It forces you to really engage and interact with the content ——————————————— #studymethods #studytechniques #studytime #studytips #studyaddict #studyhacks #studygrams #pomodorotechnique #studystudystudy #studyspace #handwrittennotes #revisionnotes #studyblog #studygramcommunity #studycorner #studynow #studyhard #studymemes #studymotivation #ukstudygram #studyblr #studyinuk #studyinspo #studymode #studywithme

Study less but get better grades.. I myself apply for better results 💯 👉 Strategy/technique/rules. 1. Review materials constantly 2.Manage your study time 3. Seek additional help 4.Start a study group 5. Use effective note taking methods 6. Make sure you focus on the importcant info 7.Memorize and understand 8.Keep calm 9. Sleep and eat well 10. Srudy comforrably 2. The Feynman Technique (Teach to Learn)"If you can't explain it simply, you don't understand it well enough."-Einstein Action Steps: Pick a topic. Explain it in simple words, as if teaching a 5-year-old. Identify gaps in your understanding and refine your explanation 3. The 50/10 Rule (Optimize Focus) Harvard students don't study for hours on end-they study in focused bursts. Action Steps: Study for 50 minutes, then take a 10-minute break. Eliminate distractions-put your phone on airplane mode.Repeat for 3-4 cycles for maximum efficiency. 4.Spaced Repetition (Hack Your Memory)Cramming fails because your brain forgets information quickly. Spaced repetition reinforces learning by revisiting information at strategic intervals, helping you retain it long-term. Action Step: Review notes after 1 day, 1 week, and 1 month to strengthen memory.Use flashcards (Anki, guizlet) for challenging topics. 5. Environment → Performance Your brain associates places with habits. Harvard students create distraction-free zones. Action Step: Designate one study spot (desk, library, coffee shop).Keep it clean, quiet, and tech-free. Use white noise or classical music to boost focus. (Yusef Lateef and Mozart-personal favourites.)

Read here! Use my easy 4-step M.I.N.D method to remember everything you study quickly M-Memorizing with Mnemonics🤝 The key to memorizing quickly is to create acronyms and mnemonics like what I've done with MIND. This will improve your recall ability and make study more engaging. I - Interval spaced repetition💯 Spacing out your study sessions with short periods of rest on THE SAME DAY can boost your memory! Study hard then take a restful break and repeat to MAXIMIZE your memorization ability! N-Note Taking🧠 Create notes on ONLY the key ideas and concepts you need to remember. The less the better. Then use active recall alongside the blurting method to ingrain these in your brain. D-Dream Recall🎭 This secret technique can easily help you memorize more of what you study. Study hard right before taking a nap or sleeping for the night. Then in the morning you'll be surprised by how much your subconscious has helped you remember what you studied! I taught Max MIND and he scored 100% in his last exam!
