The perfect healthier sweet treat to end your night! ✨Date Bark✨ What ya need: Dates(pitted) Any nut butter Semi sweet/dark chocolate Toppings of Your choice! Pit your dates and then flatten each one out on your parchment paper. Spread your fav nut butter on top. Let this sit in the freezer to harden a bit while you melt your chocolate. (I melt mine with a little coconut oil) Spread on top and add your toppings. Freeze until chocolate is dry! I store these in an airtight container in the freezer. Enjoy! *don’t have to measure these. Line a baking tray with parchment paper and press dates into an even layer to form the base. 2. Spread a generous layer of macadamia nut butter on top. 3. 🌿Mint Chocolate Protein Bark 🌿🍫 If you’re craving something sweet, this is the PERFECT little treat to curb that sweet tooth 🙌🏽 And yes… it has protein in it. Chocolate + protein? How can you go wrong?! Ingredients: • 1 cup @letsbakebelieve dark chocolate chips • 1 scoop @flavcity Shamrock protein powder • 1 tbsp coconut oil • Flaky sea salt Instructions: 1.Melt the chocolate chips with 1 tbsp coconut oil. 2.⚠️ Melt on LOW heat — low and slow is key. If you melt chocolate on high, it can seize up and get chalky. 3.Once smooth,stir in the protein powder until fully combined 4.Spread onto a sprayed piece of parchment paper. 5.Sprinkle with flaky sea salt. 6.Freeze for 20 minutes. 7. Break into squares and enjoy! I store mine in a Ziploc bag in the freezer and just grab a piece when I’m craving something sweet 🤍 SO good. Easy, made with only a few ingredients , these 3 healthier sweets are sure to become your faves! Which are you making first???? ‘Turtles’ stuffed date bark @saladsnsweets 25 medjool dates Pits removed, flattened 1 cup creamy cashew butter Toasted pecans (approx 2 cups) (to toast spread pecans on a parchment lined baking sheet. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes) On a parchment lined baking sheet,place the dates as close to each other as possible, flattening them as you place them. Top with another layer of parchment paper and use a rolling pin to flatten even more. Gently remove the top layer of parchment. Using an offset spatula spread an even layer of cashew butter. Sprinkle pecans over cashew butter and press in. To top: 1 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate (approx 300 grams) 1 tsp coconut oil Melt together until smooth and spread evenly over pecan layer. Sprinkle with maldon salt Refrigerate to set. Cut into squares and enjoy! *(Keep refrigerated) Cookie dough stuffed dates @saladsnsweets 10-12 medjool dates, pits removed, split in half For cookie dough filling - 1/2 cup almond flour 1/2 cup oat flour 5-6 tbsp maple syrup 5 tbsp cashew butter 1/2 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt 1 tsp oat milk to thin, if necessary Mix all together until smooth. Add in 1/4 cup mini chocolate chips. Stuff date halves with cookie dough filling. Drizzle melted chocolate Top with mini choc chips and flaky salt Keep in fridge or freezer.
