Life only exists in the present moment, and constant overthinking makes you miss it. Presence can be trained through breathing, gratitude, and journaling. Finally, stop looking for happiness in other people. Fulfillment does not come from external validation. Your happiness comes from you, and it is your responsibility to create it.
