I never used the program they sell, but I have used their teachings and pushed my body over time for several months. My foot strength, and specifically big toe strength, was horrible.. and still needs to improve.. if you want to feel more springy and light on your feet, you need strong feet and a good fascia connection. Genetics play a role of course, but movement patterns play a much bigger role than people realize. And that can be trained and improved like anything else.
