PAI received a lot of messages about my trip to #EBC.🏔️
While I was there, it felt like the hardest thing I’d ever done. But now that I’m home and I’ve done it, I can honestly say, it’s not as hard as you might imagine.
That said, it really depends on each person’s level of fitness.🙌🏻
How did I do it?
I didn’t train specifically for it. I did crossfit, I ran and I hiked whenever I had the chance.
I fueled myself properly, and that’s how I made it.
No, I didn’t train with a huge backpack. I didn’t have a specific plan. But I did try to stay consistent, with a minimum of 4 workouts per week, sometimes even 6.
If you dream about it and you want to do it, the only thing standing in your way is your mindset.🤌🏻⚡️
