SHCrispy Mini Tuna Rice Cups 🍣✨
Ingredients
• Cooked sushi rice (enough to fill a cupcake pan)
• Small avocado slices
• Sriracha sauce
• Black and/or white sesame seeds
Tuna Salad (Classic)
• @safecatchfoods 2 cans Safe Catch Elite Pure Tuna, drained
• 4 tbsp mayo
• 2 tsp lemon juice
• 2 tbsp finely chopped celery or onion (optional)
• Salt & pepper to taste
Baking Instructions
Bake at 350°F for 12–15 minutes just until set, not crispy.
They’ll hold their shape but stay tender and easier to bite.
Let cool 5–10 minutes before removing.
