This is seriously one of the best appetizers I’ve ever made, and easy to throw together! 🔥 Roasted Tomato Burrata Dip with Garlic Bread Crostinis🍅🧄 Ripe bursted cherry tomatoes, stir in burrata or stracciatella, and scoop it all up with crispy garlic crostinis. A total flavor bomb… have the recipe ready, people WILL ask for it! 🛒You’ll Need: • cherry tomatoes • Olive oil • Salt, pepper, red pepper flakes • Garlic, parsley, oregano • Burrata or stracciatella (burrata filling) • Fresh basil • Parmesan • French baguette • Butter, garlic, salt, parm, parsley (for garlic butter) 🧈 How to Make: 1. Add grape tomatoes to a baking dish and drizzle generously with olive oil (enough to coat the bottom of your dish). 2. Season with salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, garlic, parsley, and oregano. 3. Bake at 425°F for 20-30 mins until tomatoes burst (you can gently smash them halfway if they need some assistance in the ‘bursting’ process). 4. While that bakes, slice a French bread baguette, spread with garlic butter (butter, garlic, salt, parsley, parm), and toast 5–7 mins until golden. 5. Once you’re ready to serve, top with parm, fresh basil, and burrata. Stir it all together and serve HOT. Dip. Scoop. Repeat. This one is next level tasty 🤤 definitely a heavy appetizer, perfect to bring to a party or to serve at your next gathering. Şimdi sandviçleri hazırlama vakti. Kızarmış ekmeğin bir yarısına pesto sosun yarısını alıp sürün diğer yarısına da kuru domatesli humusun yarısını alıp sürün. 10. Humus sürdüğünüz ekmeğin üstüne sırasıyla roka, pişmiş kapya biber, patlıcan ve mantarları yerleştirip pesto soslu ekmekle üzerini kapatın. 11.
