My personal food staples are eggs for breakfast. There is not one day where I don’t eat at least 3 eggs for breakfast. Sometimes 4 if I have time or if I’m really hungry. Fruit although it may not be the most optimal in the morning is also a staple. If you want to build muscle and start your day right I’d start your day with eggs, some other form of protein, and a slow releasing carb (such as sweet potato). Comment “DIET” and I’ll send you my breakdown of how to actually eat to get lean and lose bodyfat 📝 Most guys mess this up when cutting… 👉 They try and eat beef + eggs because they see it all over social media, and have heard that… “It boosts your testosterone” “It’s the best meal to build muscle” The issue is, it’s super calorie-dense, meaning it’s easy to spill over your deficit when you’re trying to get lean… When you’re cutting, you don’t want to waste half your calories on one plate before noon. It’s also bad to eat earlier in the day because fats digest slowly, and delay the time it takes carbs to hit your system… All this means is that your pump in the gym ISNT going to be as good 😤 Don’t get me wrong, I still have clients eat this meal… Beef + eggs is extremely rich in micronutrients which is great for your hormones, for building muscle, and staying full… BUT this is how you need to structure that meal if you want to optimize your hormones and still get a good pump in the gym… It’s simple just keep beef + eggs as your last meal of the night or for after the gym 💪 That way the slow-digesting fats work in your favor while you sleep to give your testosterone a nice boost overnight. How to get lean and stay lean effortlessly, explained: 1. Sleep: Sleep is a powerful regulator of our satiety and hunger hormones, ghrelin and leptin. When our brain releases ghrelin we get hungry. When we are full, it releases leptin. One night of poor sleep can totally throw these hormones out of whack making ghrelin elevated, and leptin suppressed. Leading to overconsumption. 2. Become a heat seeking missile for protein: Over consume it if you want. It won’t hurt you. Protein is the most satiating macronutrient. It WILL make it harder to overeat. 3. Nutrient dense high calorie foods: Ribeye, whole eggs, and plenty of fat in my diet. Fat slows digestion due to its energy density. Fatty foods also contain vitamins and minerals. Many times cravings are a result of a micronutrient deficiency. 4. Proper hydration: Start the day with water AND electrolytes. Your morning hunger is probably dehydration. 5. 90% Whole Foods. If it grew in the ground, on a tree, or had a mom and dad, make that the majority of your diet. Whole Foods are very hard to over consume.

The biggest thing keeping me skinny fat was my SNACKING 🤧 The cravings were CONSTANT here are all the weird but effective things I did to silence the noise ! 👇🏼 🪥 Brush my teeth or chew gum Minty fresh breath = cravings GONE. Nothing tastes good after toothpaste anyway. Anytime of the day, not just in the morning or after dinner! ✂️ Cut your food into tiny pieces More bites, makes it take so much longer to eat. Even just looking like you ate more can help trick your brain into feeling more full 🥢 Use chopsticks (even for salad or pasta) Yes, even if you suck at them. It forces you to slow down, which gives your body time to catch up and be like “okay babe, that’s enough.” 👗 Wear a crop top or tighter clothes when you eat I mean, I’m basically wearing a crop every day anyway lol, but feeling your body (vs. hiding in cozy oversized clothes) helps you stay tuned in to fullness cues 🍿 Pre-portion everything Chips? In a bowl. Protein bar? Break it in half. Leftovers? Put ‘em on a plate. If the serving is open-ended, your appetite will be too 🎼 Play classical music while eating Slow music = slow eating. Plus eating in a calm state helps your digestion work its best 🖐 Eat with my non-dominant hand Yes, I look like a toddler at, but again it slows me down so much, which helps my brain catch on that we’re full ☕️ Warm drink before meals Hot tea, broth, even decaf coffee. Warm liquids can kickstart fullness hormones before you even touch your plate 🐌 Chew slowww Like painfully slow. Start off by adding the below to a blender: One to 1.5 cups of milk (I use skim) One apple cored One banana 1 tablespoon peanut butter One to two scoops protein powder (I use vanilla WHEY) Cinnamon to taste Blend to creamy smooth, pour a cold glass, and enjoy!
