**_ ✈️ Mataiva 🏝️ Mataiva est un petit atoll situé dans l'archipel des Tuamotu à 300 km de Tahiti, avec une superficie de terres émergées de 16 km2 et un lagon de 25 km2. L'activité traditionnelle est celle de la culture du coprah sur cet atoll très boisé 🥥 Le sol de Mataiva renferme du phosphate, c'est ce qui lui donne ces nuances de bleu et qui lui vaut son nom célèbre appelé le lagon léopard 🩵💙 La quantité est estimée à 12 millions de tonnes. Depuis une dizaine d'années, des discussions ont lieu quant à l'exploitation éventuelle de cette ressource, les habitants de l'île s'y opposent nettement 🌊 L'atoll possède un petit aérodrome avec une piste de 1 200 m et il accueille, en moyenne, environ 220 vols par an, comment te dire que quand tu vois la piste d'atterrissage tu appuie sur le frein toi aussi au moment d'atterrir ! 😂 Mais quand tu arrives et que tu l'a vois du ciel, tu comprends directement que tu vas être sur un petit bout d'atoll perdu au milieu du Pacifique, que c'est un énorme privilège d'y être et que ça va être merveilleux 🥰 . ✈️🏝️🥥🩵💙🌊😂🥰🇵🇫
