Imma keep it vague because this message might not be for you.
I’ve seen “models” show me their portfolio trying to put themselves on a pedestal and it some cases i can give solid aside that can help.
In other cases I’m seeing the bare minimum being scratched.
I went on a rant during my IG LIVE to discuss this a little but for the next person that’s wanting to pursue modeling, you got to put in more effort.
Before your “love of fashion” is involved
Before you were “modeling as a kid”
You need need need need to take accountability on the reasons you aren’t pursuing the modeling pathway.
First off modeling really isn’t for everybody and that’s ok.
Not everybody can model.
Not everybody has it in them to model.
That’s why there’s always levels to everything..
But lying on a resume and applying to get jobs or signed is just wasting your own time, and for what reason would you do that?
It’s 2025 and GOOGLE, ChatGPT and Social Media are all at your finger tips.
There’s no reason and excuse to say you didn’t know.
So like the many times I’ve said and the first thing you’re always going to see is this….
SHOOT YOUR DIGITAL / POLAROIDS
I can be professionally done or on your phone.
It can be done in the studio or your car garage.
You can use a brick wall or white backdrop
You need certain angles for these type of photos.
Look it up.
Your digital is the FIRST THING YOU NEED TO PERSUE MODELING.
And I’m going to leave this message at that..
It’s 2025. Leave the excuses at the door and start fresh.
