i wanted to start this conversation again because i feel like it needed to be said and expounded on. skirts are feminine and beautiful, but i don’t wear them for funsies. i wear them out of obedience and honor to God. we can all find ourselves in different areas of our life using labels to define who we are, but that’s so far from what God intended for us. you dress modestly but above all, you’re a child of God. you’re a rapper? cool, above that you’re a child of God. oh, you’re a *fill in the blank*? not above being a child of God, you’re not.
if you profess Christ, HE HAS GIVEN YOU A NEW IDENTITY. EVERYTHING ELSE COMES SECOND. ok love u #modesty
