If you're talking about what you can feel, what you can smell, what you can taste and see - then real is simply electrical signals interpreted by your brain.

You don't taste food. You taste electrical impulses your tongue sends to your brain. You don't see light. You see signals your optic nerve translates. You don't feel texture. You feel pressure sensors firing in your skin.
Your entire reality is secondhand information.
Filtered through senses. Interpreted through conditioning. Shaped by language, culture, beliefs you inherited before you could question them.
The matrix is everywhere. It is all around us. Even now. It is the world that has been pulled over your eyes to blind you from the truth.
Not a literal computer simulation. But systems of control that feel invisible because you were born inside them.
The 9-to-5 that feels mandatory. The debts that feel inescapable. The beliefs that feel like facts. The life path that feels like the only option.
There's a difference between knowing the path and walking it.
You can intellectually understand you're being controlled and still participate fully in the control system. Awareness without action is just comfortable imprisonment.

Nobody can free you but yourself. Not this message. Not any guru. Not any movement. Just you, deciding which parts of your inherited reality you'll keep and which you'll discard.
You have to let it all go. Fear. Doubt. Disbelief.
