Learning a new sport or movement as a kid vs an adult is interesting. You have so many more years of experience and your body’s ability to pick up new things is almost better…but then you run into the issue of different muscle habits…for example: your legs want to cycle when you trying to run…don’t know where that habit is coming from 🤨🤪

From the outside looking in, it might seem I am all over the place…but don’t worry y’all, I finally have a plan, and I am right where I am supposed to be. 😎
