JAQUICK TIPS: for hitting your levels 📊
If you don’t do sh*t today, dance 😝 here is my advice to help strengthen your levels
1. POSTURE: always keep those shoulders relaxed and rolled back. Pushing your hands back will help keep your posture straight
2. CORE: don’t ignore your core. The lower you get, the less you can rely on your knees for your movement. Activating your core will ensure full movement even at your lowest level or all the way on the floor
4. KNEES + ANKLES: make sure to warm these up correctly and strengthen these joints. It will make going up and down much easier and fluid
