LI12 hrs study is not easy but I’m giving you a routine that will change your life .
8:00am : wake up
8:00 to 9:00 : shower +exercise +Breakfast
9:00 to 12:00 : study 1
12:00 to 2:00 : lunch and nap
2:00 to 6:00 : study 2
6:00 to 8:00 : scroll, friends , evening walk dinner
8:00 to 11:00 : study 3
11:00 to 11:30 : Break
11:30 to 1:30 : study 4
1:45 : sleep
This routine is best for lazy student because there is 2 hrs of break in every study session.
Tips :
1. When your start your study session make sure you completely avoid cozy area and your mobile phones
2. Natural light is very important so try to study in natural light
3. When you take 2 hrs of break you can sleep for some time to relax your mind
4. You can also take a break fir 2 to 5 minutes in between study session

ULThe BIGGEST study mistake students make is thinking more hours equals better grades…
This isn’t true, especially if you’re still using passive study habits.
I’m a current Harvard student and what actually changed my GPA was understanding the science behind why these habits don’t work:
❌ Re-reading the textbook
❌ Highlighting everything
❌ Memorizing flashcards in the same order
These fall into the familiarity trap. Your brain recognizes the information, but it cannot recall it under pressure, which is why so many students blank on exams.
✅ What actually works is an active recall technique called The 3 Layer Build:
1️⃣ Outline Layer: Write the topic at the top of a blank page. Add 3 to 5 bullet points you remember without notes.
2️⃣ Explain Layer: Choose one point and explain it in simple language, like you’re teaching a confused friend. Getting stuck shows you what to review.
3️⃣ Application Layer: Create one new example or practice problem using the idea in a different way. Solve it or explain it to build flexible recall.
