PRIn 2006, I saw something that stayed with me forever.
Young people in factories… pushing carts, serving coffee.� Later, I found out — they were engineers. Interns. Full of potential, but far from the opportunities they deserved.
At the time, I was working closely with industry and government in Mexico. And I knew something had to change.
So I created a program.� A bridge between talent and opportunity.� A way for young people to step out of their environment and experience the world.
That program was called EPEX.
Today, that vision is growing beyond borders.
