TE*Photos at the end*
Hey heyyy, trying something new this month! I‘m stepping up my Reels game. So far I was just sharing little snippets of my YT videos here and there but I‘ve come up with a couple series to produce.✨
The first series is „Cameras from the cupboard“. I keep all of my cameras in a little cupboard and in this series we‘re exploring each one, what I like about them and some photos that I‘ve shot with them.
What I‘m hoping to convey with this series is a sense of inspiration when it comes to the choice of camera. Especially in the world of film photography there seems to be a bit of an overwhelming feeling that many encounter when seeing the gigantic number of camera models to choose from. I by no means have „the best“ or the „the right“ camera, however by understanding what I personally like about a certain camera, maybe a beginner can understand whether this type of camera (not the model itself) suits their style and their workflow.☺️
I hope you like episode 1. I‘ve accumulated quite a few cameras over the past couple of years so there‘s quite a lot of these coming up hahah😼

SOHere’s a look at the Pentax K1000, possibly the best film camera for beginners!
This camera is great for beginners because it comes equipped with a very intuitive internal light meter which allows you to easily dial in on the right settings for the shot.
Another huge plus is the ability to shoot without a battery, which isn’t possible with other beginner friendly SLRs.
