CHSpec driven development can get boring quick. When you get bored you get sloppy and the AI slop creeps in.
I decided to start taking a hybrid approach. The speed of vibe coding combined with the consistency of spec driven development.
This resulted in a more enjoyable experience for me the developer and a great result.

EDSDD — Spec Driven Development.
Esse conceito aparece no Technology Radar da Thoughtworks com o status ‘Avalie’. Ou seja, é uma prática emergente, promissora, mas ainda em evolução.
O SDD surgiu quando as equipes perceberam que mesmo usando Ágil, BDD, TDD… ainda tinha retrabalho porque cada pessoa entendia a entrega de um jeito.
O SDD resolve isso definindo primeiro uma especificação clara, antes de qualquer linha de código.
Pensa simples: são 4 camadas:
1: Regra de negócio — o que precisa acontecer.
2: Comportamento — como o sistema reage.
3: Contrato técnico — API, inputs, outputs.
4: Critérios de teste — como validar.
Isso vira uma única fonte da verdade para todo mundo.
E a comparação é direta: o Ágil organiza o processo… mas o SDD garante precisão no que será entregue.
Ágil dá velocidade.
SDD reduz ruído.
Os dois juntos cortam retrabalho e aumentam a qualidade.”
