MAHave you ever dreamed of working for a papercrafting company you love—spending your free time creating with amazing products before they’re even released to the public? That was me… until I stepped away from my full-time marketing job on August 1, 2025, after 10 incredible years.🥰
No one ever told me I had to only use that company’s products. But every time I sat down to craft, I felt like I should—because of my guilty feelings for some reason. I pressured myself to create only with the products from the company I worked for, and for the past several years, I avoided sharing anything on social media that featured products from other papercrafting companies.
Looking back, I realize that was my mistake. It makes me a little sad to know how much creative joy I missed out on by limiting myself to just one brand when making my cards. 😢
Last month, while organizing my craft room, I found so many beautiful stamps and dies from various companies I had bought over the years—untouched, unopened, unloved. Now, I’m finally giving myself permission to create freely with whatever brings me joy. 🤩
