JAHow I created my first vibe coding project.
There were definitely a lot of back and forth on top of these key prompts, trying to iterate by working with AI (in this case I used @claudeai and deepseek)
including things like “revert back to v22 and update the modal to be in the middle of the screen”
or “no, it’s still showing blank. Troubleshoot.”
But that’s the magic of vibe coding, tweaking and trying things until you knew this is what the direction you want.✨
And this project helped me build more confident in creating more vibe coding projects.

PI🎈📦 Another Pixome devlog for you all!
Very excited about this one as we have so much to share ✨
In addition to what I mention in the video, we added a feature that lets us create ‘environmental items’… items that can’t be moved, selected or added to the inventory (like the walls and floors in the room). I didn’t include it in the video because I didn’t know how to explain it without taking a ton of time, but these are very important for creating the “levels” that I talk about in the video.
If you read this far into the caption you probably have noticed that I haven’t been posting and messaging on socials as much lately. Please know that I am still diligently working on this project! I’ve been having feelings about social media in general, but the main reason is, if we’re gonna launch this century I simply do not have time to spend managing my socials 😅 This video alone took me 4 hours to edit… that’s 4 hours I wasn’t working on Pixome.
I’ll keep making devlogs and I’ll always post updates when there’s stuff worth sharing, but right now I can’t spend a bunch of time making content for its own sake. I expect I will get back to posting frequently when we are farther along in the development! Ty so much for your patience! 🙏
