More sugar, no fiber, no complex carbs = waste of your time and efforts. 3. Focus more on strength and resistance training🏋🏻 than overdoing cardio. Extreme cardio will only make you lose muscle mass or stress your body out too much, draining out the nutrients. Strength training will tone up the muscles. 4. Include protein in every meal of yours. It is called the building block for a reason. It will build muscles💪🏻, bones. 5. Make sure you are balancing the intake and output of calories. Burn🔥 more than you consume. #healthyfood 6. Start by making small changes. For eg- do not leave sugar abruptly❎. Start by consuming it in lesser quantities or using a substitute. Your body isn’t ready for an overnight change. 7.
